Description [Abstrak] : <strong>This research was aimed to explore the correlation between psychological contract and job satisfaction in PT.SUCOFINDO (Persero) Sangatta, Kutai Timur, East Kalimantan. This research consist of two variables, independent variable that is psychological contract and job satisfaction in dependent variable. The samples of this research is an employees from PT.SUCOFINDO (Persero) which amounted to 99 employees. Data collection was done by using psychological contract and job satisfaction scale. Analysis of this research data using product moment correlation technique. Results of this research indicate that there is a correlation between psychological contract and job satisfaction with 0.364 and p = 0,001. It means the higher psychological contract that has been reached, it also the higher a satisfaction of the job.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
