4. Description [Abstrak] : The purpose of this study is to determine the phases of meaningful life passed by ex-inmates and how religiosity make ex-inmates achieve happiness. The research method used is qualiative with case study approach. Collected respondent of this research using purposive sampling. The method of data collection is interview and observation. Data analysis techniques used data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions or verification. The results show that to achieve real meaningful life, all subjects must go through several phases. Starting from the phase of suffering, phase of self-acceptance, phase of the invention of meaningfulness of life, phase realization of meaning, and the phase of meaningfulness appreciation (happiness). In the process of achieving happiness, religiosity is important. It can be seen that religiosity affects the lives of all subjects (thought and behaviour).<\/strong><\/li>\n
