4. Description [Abstrak] : The conflict in Syria has had an impact on the humanitarian crisis in the country. The incident has come under fire from various parties around the world gave the impacts not only on the parties involved in the conflict, but civilians such as women and children are also the most serious victims of the conflict. Therefore, the ICRC is mandated by the international community to intervene in conflict by did its work as an organization that upholds neutrality and independence. Research to describe the humanitarian intervention of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in dealing with victims of the conflict in Syria. The purpose of research was to find out the ICRC\u2019s humanitarian intervention on conflict victims in Syria, especially against women and children. The research uses qualitative research method. Research the authors use the theory of international organizations, the concept of humanitarian intervention and the concept of conflict victims used to perform analysis in research. Data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis. In conducted humanitarian interventions in Syria, the ICRC has programs especially for women and children: Save the Women and psycho-social programs.<\/strong><\/li>\n
