4. Description [Abstrak] : The purpose of this study is to explain the reason why Indonesia did not join in Islamic Military Alliance to Fight Terrorism. The analysis uses the theory of Decision Making supported by using descriptive reasearch type. Secondary data namely thechniques literature review is used by the author based on the book and the internet media through some valid websites. Some of the factors that became Indonesia did not join in Islamic Military Alliance to Fight Terrorism, there is three internal factors of Indonesian government. First, Indonesian law that does not comply with the characteristics of the alliance, second, Indonesia have national counterterrorism, and third, Indonesian foreign relations that use active and freedom are not bound by ideology or alliance. This is the reason Indonesia did not join to IMAFT.<\/strong><\/li>\n
