Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> Artikel ini menyoroti permasalahan yang dikemukakan dalam penelitian ini apakah sistem informasi manajemen pegawai mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan administrasi kepegawaian pada Badan Kepegawaian Badan Kepegawaian (BKD) Kota Samarinda. Untuk menganalisis data dan pengujian, dipergunakan analisis produt moment dan regresi linier sederhana. Dari hasil pengujian diperoleh regresi Y = 23,077 + 0,547X yang berarti bahwa nilai kostanta 23,077 Kualitas Pelayanan Administrasi Kepegawaian di Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Kota Samarinda akan naik, bila Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pegawai (SIMPEG) ditingkatkan. Sedangkan koefisien sebe sar 0,547 menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi manajemen pegawai diperhatikan atau terjadi peningkatan nilai sistem informasi manajemen pegawai maka kualitas pelayanan administrasi kepegawaian akan mengalami perubahan atau peningkatan nilai sebesar 0,547 dalam ukuran kualitatif. Dengan demikian analisis ini menunjukkann bahwa variabel sistem informasi manajemen pegawai (X) berpengaruh terhadap variabel kualitas pelayanan administrasi kepegawaian (Y).\n<\/li>\n<li> <strong>  5.
