Description [Abstrak] : The purpose of this study to determine all factors that be problems for Bilateral Trade Decline between Indonesia and South Korea through Working Level Task Force Meeting (WLTFM). Research used explanative method, which calculated secondary data. Main concepts for this thesis used corporation and International Regime , from Robert O. Keohane and Stephen D. Krasner. The reason result in the decline of bilateral trade between Indonesia and South Korea was caused by Limited trade agreement, and policies of South Korea that must be ambitious for their country. Finally, this thesis showed the problem factors for decline of bilateral trade between Indonesia and South Korea is both of them did not pass three criteria of five criteria for processing International regime. They are egoistic self-interest, Norms & Principles, and Habit & Custom.<\/strong><\/li>\n
