Description [Abstrak] : Implementation of a carbon trading JCM scheme the new models scheme JCM between developed and developing countries that are developed by the Japanese Government to address environmental issues especially with regard to climate change. The purpose of this research to explain the implementation of JCM between Indonesia and Japan through companies that have cooperated in conducting mitigation activities to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and invest in low-carbon development activities. This research used qualitative research methods. In this research the authors use the concept of international environmental regime and carbon trading. Data analysis technique used qualitative analysis. Implementation of carbon trading mechanism of JCM by the Indonesia Government and Japan by involving company Primatexco Indonesia and Ebara refrigeration equipment co, ltd are categorized as carbon market crediting. Which in general there a process of implementation and mechanism, that stage of proposing, validation, registration, verification and issuance of carbon credits.<\/strong><\/li>\n
