4. Description [Abstrak] : This study aims to examine the relationship between adversity quotient with anxiety to termination of employment. The subjects of this research are employees in Berau District for 100 employees. The measuring instrument used in this study used the scale of anxiety facing job termination and the scale of adversity quotient. Both scales are compiled by scaling Likert model and statistical analysis using correlation product moment. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between the adversity qotient with anxiety to the termination of employment is the value of product moment coefficient pearson of 0.421 with significance of 0.000.<\/strong><\/li>\n
