4. Description [Abstrak] : This study aims to determine the effect of industry work practice and work motivation to readiness of work student class 12 on SMK Negeri 2 Tenggarong, East Kalimantan. The study consists of three variables, dependent variable are industry work practice and work motivation, and the independent variables is readiness of work. The data collection is done by using a scale of industry work practice, work motivation and readiness of work. Sample in this study were student class 12 of SMK Negeri 2 Tengarong as many as 104 peoples. The data analysis technique used is the analysis of multiple regression test. The results of this study used regression analysis model of gradually showing the effect of industry work practice and work motivation to readiness of work with a value of F > F table (46,140 > 3,071), R2 = 0,477 and p < 0.050 (0.000). Meanwhile, test results showed gradual regression analysis models there is effect between industry work practice and readiness of work with a value beta = 0,366, Thitung = 3,251, Ttabel = 1,983 and p = 0,002 < 0.050. Then in work motivation and readiness of work showed positive associations with the value beta = 0,231, Thitung = 2,054, Ttabel = 1,983 and p = 0.043 <\/strong><\/li>\n
