4. Description [Abstrak] : This study aims to determine the relationship of emotional intelligence with happiness marriage to working wives. The subjects of this study are the Headmaster and Early Childhood Teachers Laskar Pelangi, PAUD Qurani Firdaus, KB and Ahsanu Amilin Kindergarten. The sample size is 32 people. The measuring tool used in this study uses the scale of marriage happiness and the scale of emotional intelligence. Both scales were compiled by scaling Likert models and statistical analyzes using SPSS (Statistical Packages for Social Science) version 20.0 for windows. The result of this study shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between marriage happiness and emotional intelligence that is with correlation value of kendall\u2019s tau = 0.537 and p = 0.000, marriage normality test of z = 0.908 and p = 0.010, emotional intelligence test of z = 0.963 and p = 0.340, linearity test f = 0.536, p = 0.881.<\/strong><\/li>\n
