Description [Abstrak] : <strong>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh variabel kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari bukti fisik (X1), keandalan (X2), ketanggapan (X3), jaminan (X4) dan empati (X5), baik secara simultan maupun parsial, terhadap kepuasan nasabah bank BRI di Sangasanga, serta untuk mengetahui variabel kualitas pelayanan mana yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regrsi linier berganda. Hasil analisis diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 0,083 + `0,160 X1  + 0,201X2 + 0,183X3 + 0,303X4 + 0.147X\u2085 + e. Hasil uji simultan (uji f) menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama variabel bukti fisik, keandalan, ketanggapan, jaminan dan empati berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah bank BRI di Sangasanga. Hasil uji parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa hanya variabel keandalan dan jaminan yang berpengaruh signifikan sedangkan variabel bukti fisik, ketanggapan dan empati tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah Bank BRI di Sangasanga. Hasil perbandingan koefisien regresi baku menunjukan bahwa variabel yang paling berpengaruh adalah variabel jaminan.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
