Hasil dari uji koefesien korelasi menunjukan (R) sebesar 0,730 yang berarti motivasi berkorelasi kuat terhadap kinerja karyawan dan nilai koefesien determinasi sebesar 53% yang artinya variabel motivasi memiliki pengaruh sebesar 53% terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Mahakam Persada Sakti, sisanya sebesar 47% ditentukan atau dijelaskan  oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak disertakan dalam penelitian.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
