4. Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> Cina is one country that does hijacking brands with a high degree of similarity. Piracy in China can be said is very worrying, Chinese pirated products ranging from clothing, electronic equipment, mobile phones until the vehicle is similar to mandrol like a camouflaged. Concentrations of Chinese sales of counterfeit goods not only in that country alone but has spread to all corners of the world, including in Indonesia as well. So it\u2019s no wonder that we often find pirated goods from Cina were something like the famous brand. Problem may be the same shape, but the quality of Chinese counterfeit goods with the original item is obviously very far behind. Copyright, it contains many of the elements contained in it is good for dealing with the creator, recipient, upload their work and understanding is required solely for the holder so that no other party may exploit such rights without the permission of the holder. With the TRIPs Agreement has been signed (Trade Related Aspect of Intellectual Property Rights) and the ratification of international conventions in the field of copyright by the Chinese government, the Chinese have committed to enforce and implement the provisions agreed to in TRIPS and conventions in the field of rights copyright.<\/li>\n
