Dibawah bimbingan Bapak I Wayan Lanang Nala, M.Par selaku pembimbing I dan ibu Tuti Wediawati, S.Sos, M.Si selaku pembimbing II.<br \/>\nPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel Bukti fisik (Tangibel ), Kehandalan (Reliability), Daya tanggap (Responsiveness), Jaminan (Assurance), Empaty (Empathy) secara simultan pada pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada hotel Amaris samarinda, untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel Bukti fisik (Tangibel), Kehandalan (Reliability), Daya tanggap (Responsiveness), Jaminan (Assurance), Empaty (Empathy)  secara persial terhadap  kepuasan konsumen pada hotel Amaris samarinda, untuk mengetahui variabel mana yang berpengaruh dominan dari variabel Bukti fisik (Tangibel), Kehandalan (Reliability), Daya tanggap (Responsiveness), Jaminan (Assurance), Empaty (Empathy) pada pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada hotel Amaris samarinda.<br \/>\nAdapun variabel bebas (independent) merupakan variabel yang mempengaruhi atau yang menjadi sebab timbulnya variabel terikat (dependent). Dalam hal ini ada lima variabel yang mempengaruhi yaitu variabel Bukti fisik (Tangibel), Kehandalan (Reliability), Daya tanggap (Responsiveness), Jaminan (Assurance), Empaty (Empathy). Sedangkan yang menjadi variabel terikat (dependent) adalah kepuasan konsumen pada hotel Amaris samarinda.<br \/>\nTeknik pengumpulan data primer dan skunder dalam studi kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan adalah berupa kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda.<br \/>\nHasil penelitian variabel keandalan(Reliability), daya tanggap (Responsiveness), Jaminan (Assurance), empaty (Empathy), bukti fisik (Tangibel) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada hotel amaris samarinda. Variabel Bukti fisik (X1), Keandalan (X2), Daya tanggap (X3), Jaminan (X4), Empati (X5) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada hotel amaris  (Y) hasil penelitian variabel Empati (X5) bepengaruh dominan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada hotel amaris samarinda.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
