4. Description [Abstrak] : This research is motivated by the problem of irregular migration has become an important issue in the Asia Pacific region. The increasing number of conflicts in the Middle East and several countries in South Asia to increase the rate of transit of illegal immigrants in Indonesia before heading to Australia for asylum. Along with the influx of irregular migration will be followed by the entry of other issues such as infectious diseases, smuggling of goods, narcotics and human beings, even linked to terrorist groups. Bali Process is a regional cooperation the ministerial level in the fight against trafficking and smuggling in kawasa Asia Pacific. As a transit country and the destination country, Indonesia and Australia to cooperate within the framework of the Bali Process to address the problem of irregular migration. Cooperation between Indonesia and Australia is driven by the national interests of both countries and must still be done in accordance with the methods of the Bali Process.<\/strong><\/li>\n
