Laba digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja oerasional perusahaan dan mengukur keberhasilan atau kegagalan bisnis dalam mencapai tujuan yang ditetapkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal kerja dan penjualan terhadap laba bersih pada perusahaan sub sektor food and beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2011-2015. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling sehingga mendapatkan 7 sampel perusahaan food and beverages. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai probabilitas sig F sebesar 0,000 &lt; 0,05 artinya secara simultan variabel Modal Kerja dan Penjualan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Laba Bersih. Dan secara parsial variabel Modal Kerja dan Penjualan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Laba Bersih  perusahaan food and beverages di Bursa Efek Indonesia<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
