Metode penelitian yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis data Model Interaktif Matthew B. Miles dan A. Michael Huberman. Hasil penelitian di peroleh gambaran bahwa dalam strategi komunikasi pemasaran PT. Prudential lebih mengedepankan komunikasi dua arah kepada nasabah untuk menjual produknya agar dapat memberi pengaruh, keyakinan, serta tindakan yang dilakukan sebagai umpan balik langsung yang terjadi bisa terlihat dengan menggunakan langkah-langkah dalam mengembangkan komunikasi pemasaran yang efektif untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan dan dapat terlaksana dengan baik. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
