Description [Abstrak] : <strong>Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kebijkan hutang, kebijakan dividen dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan baik secara simultan maupun parsial pada perusahaan food and beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2015. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linier berganda (baik secara simultan maupun parsial). Sampel penelitian 8 perusahaan food and beverage dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel kebijakan hutang (DER), kebijakan dividen (DPR) dan profitabilitas (ROE) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV). Dari pengujian secara parsial hanya profitabilitas yang berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan kebijakan hutang dan kebijakan dividen secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
