Description [Abstrak] : <strong>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial variabel dari faktor likuiditas (CR), profitabilitas (ROA) dan pertumbuhan penjualan (SG) terhadap kebijakan hutang pada Perusahaan Food and Beverage yang Terdaftar di BEI. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari hasil perhitungan uji F (simultan) menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel likuiditas (CR), Profitabilitas (ROA) dan pertumbuhan penjualan (SG) terhadap kebijakan hutang pada perusahaan Food and Beverage di BEI, dari hasil analisis uji t (parsial) menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel likuiditas (CR) dan profitabilitas (ROA) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan hutang (DER) pada Perusahaan Food and Beverage di BEI. Sedangkan variabel pertumbuhan penjualan (SG) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan hutang (DER) pada Perusahaan Food and Beverage di BEI, dan dari hasil standardized coefficients beta terbesar adalah variabel profitabilitas (ROA) sehingga disimpulkan variabel yang paling berpengaruh adalah variabel profitabilitas (ROA).<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
