Description [Abstrak] : <strong>Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) terhadap perusahaan pada dasarnya berawal dari adanya perasaan puas pada diri pegawai terhadap pekerjaannya dan perilaku atasan dalam mengambil keputusan sehingga pegawai merasa diperlakukan secara adil, serta keinginan untuk tetap menjadi bagian anggota organisasi dengan menerima nilai dan tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh kepuasan kerja, keadilan organisasi, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada Pegawai Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Provinsi Kalimantan Timur dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 78 pegawai. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala organizational citizenship behavior, skala kepuasan kerja, skala keadilan organisasi, dan skala komitmen organisasi yang disusun dengan penskalaan model Likert. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja, keadilan organisasi, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pegawai. Pada kepuasan kerja tidak terdapat pengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pegawai. Pada keadilan organisasi terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pegawai. Pada komitmen organisasi terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pegawai.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
