Si selaku pembimbing I dan Ibu Dini Zulfiani S.Sos, M.Si selaku pembimbing II.<br \/>\n\tTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjawab permasalahan penelitian yaitu: \u201cUntuk mengetahui bagaimana Kualitas Pelayanan Keimigrasian di Konsulat Jenderal Kota Kinabalu serta faktor penghambat. Fokus penelitian ini yaitu Kualitas Pelayanan Keimigrasian yang meliputi Bukti Fisik (Tangible), Kehandalan (Realibility), Daya Tanggap (Responsivines), Jaminan (Assurance), dan Empati (Emphaty). Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dan pengambilan sumber data primer dengan teknik purposive sampling dan accidental sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tiga cara yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu model interaktif yang terdiri dari pengumpulan data, penyederhanaan data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan yang dikembangkan oleh Milles, Huberman dan Saldana.<br \/>\n\t\tDari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kualitas Pelayanan Keimigrasian di Konsulat Jenderal Republik Indonesia sudah diterapkan dimensi Tangible,Realibility, Responsiviness, Assurance,dan Emphaty beserta indikatornya. Namun ada beberapa indikator yang belum berjalan sesuai dengan keinginan masyarakat, antara lain sarana dan prasarana yang belum lengkap, ketidak disiplinan waktu pegawai\/staf sehingga keterlambatan penyelesaian dokumen dan minimnya tingkat kesadaran masyarakat. (2) Faktor penghambat pelaksanaan pelayanan keimigrasian di Konsulat Jenderal Republik Indonesia Kota Kinabalu adalah kurangnya sarana prasarana seperti kursi,lemari dan halaman parkir yang tidak disediakan, ketidak disiplinan waktu pegawai\/staf sehingga keterlambatan penyelesaian dokumen dan minimnya tingkat kesadaran masyarakat.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
