Description [Abstrak]: Trust crisis to democracy implementation in Indonesia has widespread not only among the middle-class elite or the learned which relative nearby and have information access to political practices among elite, but also growing in bottom-middle class who feel its impact immediately from the political crisis that happen, due to the weakening of the effectiveness of political parties and representative institutions in representing public interests. This article try to do a democracy implementation history flashback that existence political gaps in public, where the expectation of ideal dream of democracy is not in line with the political reality that occurs. Beside try to looking for a problem solving strategy from political participation aspect.<\/strong><\/li>\n
