Description [Abstrak]: Implementation of the public relations function in each institution is the achievement of the organization objectives through the provision of understanding, acceptance and participation of internal and external publics. Local government in the present must be able to be the unity of the organization applying the open system, where the organization is a system of interacting with the surrounding environment. Like the analogy of a biological organism that always able to adapt to the specific requirements of the environment, so that is existence became known and loved. Public relations is a management function of forming and managing mutually beneficial relationships between an organization and the community. So that the organization\u2019s communication activites should be conducted in an integrated and together, as well as keep and heed regulations and existing legislation and applicable.<\/strong><\/li>\n
