Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Kompensasi (X) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) pada Rumah Sakit Jiwa Atma Husada Mahakam Kota Samarinda. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan software statistik SPSS versi 22. Dan teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan sensus atau sampling jenuh dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 63 responden pegawai yang bekerja sebagai PNS di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Atma Husada Mahakam Kota Samarinda. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara dua variabel. Dan teknik  pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, kuesioner (angket), dan kepustakaan. Hipotesis dari penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara Kompensasi (X) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) pada Rumah Sakit Jiwa Atma Husada Mahakam Kota Samarinda. Untuk mengukur besarnya pengaruh variabel tersebut digunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana, koefisien korelasi, dan koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan program SPSS 22<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
