Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui, 1) Ada tidaknya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen PT.Mex Barlian Dirgantara Cargo baik secara parsial ataupun simultan dan 2) Variabel apa yang mempunyai pengaruh paling besar terhadap kepuasan konsumen.<br \/>\nPopulasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari konsumen\/pelanggan PT.Mex Barlian Dirgantara Cargo yang melakukan pengiriman barang. Sampelnya yaitu konsumen\/pelanggan yang melakukan pengiriman barang selama bulan Maret, April dan Mei 2012, sedang jumlah sampel yang dianalisis adalah 87sampel.<br \/>\nHasil analisis dengan menggunakan SPSS Versi 20 menunjukkan bahwa Variabel empati mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan. Dari hasil koefisien regresi Y = 0,386 + 0,202X1 + 0,274X2 + -0,113X3 + 0,192X4 + 0,329X5 menunjukkan, variabel Tangible (b1=0,202), Reliability (b2=0,274), Responsiveness (b3=-0,113), Assurance (b4=0,192) dan Emphaty (b5=0,329). Nilai R (Koefisien Korelasi) yang diperoleh sebesar 0,764 dan Nilai R Square (Koefisien Determinasi) sebesar 0,584 atau 58,4%.<br \/>\nPengujian hipotesis secara keseluruhan (Uji F) kepuasan konsumen pada PT,NMex Cargo dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% dari tabel anovab dengan Fhitung sebesar 22,713 &gt; Ftabel 2,32 nilai signifikansi &lt; 0,05 sehingga membuktikan hipotesis berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen secara bersama-sama diterima (Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima).<br \/>\nHasil Pengujian dengan Uji t diketahui bahwa variabel empati merupakan variabel yang paling signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada PT.Mex Cargo Samarinda.<\/li>\n<li><strong> 5.
