Description [Abstrak] : <strong>This research aimed to determine the relationship between job stress and creativity toward job performance of the employees at the Station TVRI Kaltim. This research used quantitative method. The subject inthis study involved 82 employees. The Collecting data method used questionnaire of job stress, creativity, and job performance with Likert scale model. The collected data analyzed with regression analysis with program Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 20.0 for Windows 7. These results showed that there is a highly significant relationship of job stress and creativity toward job performance of the employees at the station TVRI Kaltim with F hitung = 15,033 (F hitung &gt; F tabel =3,11); R2 = 0,276; and p = 0,000 (p &lt; 0,005). In addition, based on the gradually regression analysis model that indicated significant influence of job stress toward job performance with beta =- 0,172; t hitung = -2,249 (t hitung &lt; t tabel = 1,9893); dan p= 0,027 (p  t tabel = 1,9893), and p = 0.000 (p &lt; 0,05).<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
