Hasil pengolahan data diperoleh bahwa hasil koefisien Y = 1.609 \u2013 0.006 X1 + 0.173 X2 + 0.556 X3 + 0.240 X4 &#8211; 0.012 X5, menunjukkan wujud fisik (b1 = -0.006), kehandalan (b2 = 0.173), daya tanggap (b3 = 0.556), jaminan (b4 = 0.240) dan empati (b5 = -0.012) nilai koefisien korelasi diperoleh sebesar 76% dan korelasi determinan sebesar 57,7 %. Pengujian hipotesis secara keseluruhan Uji F (Uji Simultan) berdasarkan tabel Anovaa menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0.000 &lt; 0.05, yang berarti variabel X1, X2, X3, X4, X5 secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Y kepuasan pelanggan pada Dealer Yamaha Reza Jaya Motor Samarinda. Sehingga dapat dinyatakan H0 ditolak dan Haditerima. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
