Description [Abstrak] : <strong>Dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua variabel yaitu Total Quality Management (X) dan variabel Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk untuk mengetahui pengaruh Total Quality Management (X) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) kantor pada PT. Harlis Tata Tahta di Bontang. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan software statistik SPSS versi 21. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan sensus atau sampling jenuh dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 36 responden karyawan kantor PT. Harlis Tata Tahta di Bontang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif pendekatan asosiatif untuk mengetahui pengaruh ataupun juga hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, kuesioner (angket), wawancara, dan kepustakaan. Hipotesis dari penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Total Quality Management (X) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) kantor pada PT. Harlis Tata Tahta di Bontang.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Total Quality Management tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan kantor pada PT. Harlis Tata Tahta di Bontang. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari nilai regresi linier sederhana sebesar 0,186 dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,318 dalam kateogori memiliki hubungan yang rendah antara Total Quality Management terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 10% yang artinya variabel Total Quality Management memiliki pengaruh sebesar 10% terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan di PT. PT. Harlis Tata Tahta, sisanya sebesar 90% ditentukan atau dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak disertakan di dalam penelitian<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
