4. Description [Abstrak] : The tourism industry is one of the important sectors for Japan but the condition of the Japanese tourism after the tsunami has decreased. The purpose of this study to find out how the efforts of the Japanese government in restoring tourism, research method using descriptive type of research, data types using the library reasearch and using qualitative analysis techniques. Efforts made by the government of Japan through internal efforts, namely the improvement of infrastructure and external efforts that issued the policy, promotions, then entertainment and vacation packages considered highly successful to increasing foreign tourists to Japan after the tsunami in 2011 seen in 2013 foreign tourists to Japan reached 10.3 million tourists, the figure is the highest point in the history of the visit of tourists visiting Japan.<\/strong><\/li>\n
