Description [Abstrak] : The purpose of this research is to determine the role of UNHCR in addressing the refugee Mali due to the outbreak of armed conflict between the Malian government and rebel groups. The data presented is secondary data obtained through review of the literature such as books, the Internet, and others. Data analysis technique used is technique qualitative analysis. The result shows that UNHCR prioritize their role through several activities in Mauritania as maintain and provide protection and assistance for all displaced Mali in camp Mberra, strengthen support for self-reliance of refugees, maintain alignment of peaceful coexistence between refugees and host society and facilitate the voluntary return of IDPs Mali to the country of origin.<\/strong><\/li>\n
