Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplanatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Pearson product moment dengan menggunakan Uji T. sampel penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan perusahaan daerah air minum di Tenggarong Seberang, yang berjumlah 50. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada korelasi komunikasi organisasi dengan semangat kerja karyawan perusahaan daerah air minum di Tenggarong Seberang. Hipotesis penelitian membuktikan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha di terima, ini terbukti dari T hitung 2,788 &gt; Ttabel 1,662. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat korelasi komunikasi organisasi dengan semangat kerja karyawan perusahaan daerah air minum di Tenggarong Seberang  yaitu sebesar 26%.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
