Description [Abstrak] : <strong>Artikel ini berkaitan dengan masalah produktivitas kerja pegawai di Bagian Otonomi Daerah Sekretariat Kabupaten Kutai Timur, dengan mencoba melihat hubungan atau pengaruh pengawasan dan kemampuan kerja sebagai  faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuisioner, wawancara, dan observasi langsung dilapangan. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dan mendapat temuan berupa adanya hubungan yang positif antara variabel pengawasan dan kemampuan kerja dengan variabel produktivitas kerja pegawai, kemudian setelah digunakan rangkaian hasil uji statistik diperoleh hasil pengawasan dan kemampuan kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai. Hasil uji signifikasi diperoleh hasil Ttest lebih besar daripada nilai Ttabel, sehingga hipotesis yang penulis ajukan diterima. Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengawasan dan kemampuan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai sebesar 63,1 persen.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
