4. Description [Abstrak] : This study aims to determine the level of early childhood independence in terms of working mothers and non-working mothers. This study is quantitative research and the subjects in this study involved 100 of 4-6 years old raised by either working mothers or non-working mothers, each consist of 50 childrens raised by working mothers and 50 childrens raised by non-working mothers. The techniques of gathering data uses early childhood independence scale, meanwhile the data analysis applies Independent Sample t-Test method. The statistics results are the mean of 180,76 for working mothers and 168,56 for non-working mother. The Independent Sample t-Test shows t count > t table (4,224 > 1.666) and p values (0.000< 0.05). Accordingly, H0 is refused. In conclusion, there are significant differences in early childhood independence in terms of working mothers and non-working mothers in Samarinda Kota Subdistrict.<\/strong><\/li>\n
