4. Description [Abstrak] : ISIS itself appeared on April 2013 for the first time. But, the pioneer of that radical group had existed since 2003. The old ISIS was named ISI (Islamic State of Iraq) and was formed as the consequent of internal fluctuation in Iraq. ISIS has a goal to form a state which powered by religious leader that can implement the political practice based on Islamic laws and Sharia norms. Even though the existance of this radical group is terminate only in Iraq and Syria at the moment but, ISIS has a desire to expand their territory. Various threats, behaviours, and violence which had done by ISIS in creating their objective which is forming an Islamic State, had inflicted so many victims and large number of damages for international escpecially for the civilians of Iraq and Syria. Various kind of protests and options to do military campaign to overcome the ISIS\u2019 threats had launched by some countries such as United State of America, Saudi Arabia, Uni Arab Emirates, and other international organizations which is not supporting ISIS. Those countries feel threatened of the existence of that radical group which wants to do expansion to some Islamic countries, not Iraq and Syria only, but also to the regions. Therefore, the international coalition troops agree to taking collective actions to encounter ISIS by providing military action as well as financial aid to the victims.<\/strong><\/li>\n
