4. Description [Abstrak] : The Government of Indonesia cooperation with the Government of France in the process of cultural diplomacy. This research is to explain cultural diplomacy conducted by the Government of Indonesia through government programs from the Ministry of education and culture in 2009-2015 in France. Methods used in this qualitative research with secondary data. Theory or concept that is used is the concept of Cultural Diplomacy. The results of this research are the Government of Indonesia has the steps to run the cultural diplomacy with financial autonomy in administering the funds for the program Ministry of eduction and culture, facilitating cultural activities, sending artists Indonesia and the promotion of the culture of Indonesia. The steps the Government of Indonesia implement Ministry of eduction and culture programs through three major programs, namely programs for culture, education, and exhibition. The program is a long-term program of the Government of Indonesia to attract people\u2019s interest France. This proves that Indonesia\u2019s cultural diplomacy programs can be well received in France.<\/strong><\/li>\n
