4. Description [Abstrak] : On the basis of human rights, nowadays the LGBT has equal rights with the other society. The government also has responsible for upholding and protecting their rights as part of the country\u2019s society. This aims of this study was to describe the effort of the Dutch government to the European Union for LGBT equality rights, applying human rights theory and diplomacy theory to analyze the effort of the Dutch government. In this case, the Dutch government made significant steps to promoting equal rights for LGBT by creating and developing policies in the country and abroad which is oriented to LGBT\u2019s life. Moreover, the Dutch government also done several efforts in the legal position and safety of LGBT worldwide. European Union has been chosen by the Dutch government for the first way for increasing social acceptance and equality for LGBT.<\/strong><\/li>\n
