Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh gambaran bahwa secara umum pegawai telah melaksankan kinerjanya melalui kuantitas, kualitas dan ketetapan waktu. Adapun yang dimaksud dengan Kuantitas yaitu distribusi air ke warga\/pelanggan, Jumlah pelanggan yang dilayani dan Sarana dan prasarana, sedangkan kulitas yaitu mutu air dan kualitas dalam melakukan pekerjaan. Sedangkan ketetapan waktu yaitu ketepatan waktu dalam melakukan pekerjaan dan ketepatan waktu dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan.<br \/>\nHanya saja masih terdapat kendala seperti bergantungnya dengan PLN, Unit pengaduan yang hanya tersedia di PDAM Pusat, dan pada bagian sikap pegawai PDAM yang masih perlu di tingkatkan sehingga masyarakat belum merasakan kepuasan terhadap kinerja pegawai. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>5.
