Letizia Dyastari, S.Sos, M.Si selaku pembimbing II.<br \/>\nAdapun yang menjadi tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pemimpin UPT terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai UPT Perpustakaan Universitas Mulawarman Samarinda.<br \/>\nHasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pegawai selaku sumber daya manusia yang memberikan peranan terhadap pembangunan nasional perlu mendapatkan perhatian yang sungguh-sungguh agar dapat menjadi pegawai yang berkualitas, sehingga prestasi kerja atau hasil kerja secara kualitas dan kuantitas dalam sebuah organisasi dapat tercapai. Untuk mencapai kinerja diperlukan peran dari seorang pimpinan dalam menerapkan kepemimpinannya, agar pegawai dapat termotivasi untuk melaksanakan tugas sesuai dengan tanggung jawabnya.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>5.
