Nur Fitryah M.S dan Dr. Anwar As, S.Sos., MM.<br \/>\nTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan terdapat hubungan antara insentif dengan semangat kerja. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah verivikatif.<br \/>\nPenelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kantor Kecamatan Samarinda Ilir dengan sampel pegawai kantor yang dimaksud yaitu berjumlah 34 orang. Pengumupulan data dilakukan dengan kuisioner, kepustakaan, dan observasi langsung dilapangan. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan analisis statistik menggunakan rumus korelasi rank spearman dan SPSS.<br \/>\nBerdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa insentif mempunyai hubungan dengan semangat kerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistic koefisien korelasi rs, menunjukkan bahwa rs empiris = 0,864 dan rs tabel = 0,344, untuk n = 34 pada tingkat signifikan 0,05%. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>5.
