Dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan sumbangan pemikiran, dorongan, solusi, maupun perbaikan, serta motivasi kepada aparatur pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan.Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis atau metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini pengambilan data dari aparatur kecamatan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, sedangkan data dari masyarakat digunakan metode accidental sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data kualitatif.<br \/>\nPenelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kantor Kecamatan Sungai Pinang dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 12 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka diambil suatu kesimpulan bahwa masyarakat sudah puas dengan pelayanan publik pada kantor kecamatan sungai pinang walaupun masih terdapat beberapa unsur pelayanan yang dirasakan belum memuaskan<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
