Variable yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari Variable Independent yaitu Variable disiplin kerja ( X ) serta Variable divident adalah produktivitas kerja ( Y ) Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan persamaan regresi linier sederhana menunjukan persamaan regresi sebagai berikut Y = 17.461 + 2410. Nilai R( Koefisyen Korelasi ) yang diperoleh sebesar 0,322 atau 32,2 %  Artinya terdapat hubungan yang rendah antara variabel bebas (X) terhadap variabel terikat (Y). Sedangkan nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,104  artinya variabel Disiplin kerja memberikan pengaruh sebesar 10,4% terhadap Produktivitas kerja. Variabel Disiplin Kerja (X) nilai Sig  menunjukkan bahwa variabel Disiplin Kerja sebesar 0,031 bila dibandingkan dengan nilai Sig a maka Sig   0,031 &lt; Sig a0,05 Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa   diterima dan    ditolak artinya variabel Disiplin Kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Produktivitas  kerja karyawan pada PT Allo Jaya Bontang.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
