Di bawah bimbingan Pembimbing I Achmad Djumlani dan Pembimbing II Endang Erawan.<br \/>\nPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Samarinda. Kinerja Pegawai meliputi potensi kerja, disiplin, kreativitas, kerjasama, kompetensi dan tanggung jawab.<br \/>\nResponden dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang bekerja di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan kota Samarinda. Dari 100 kuesioner yang disebar, diperoleh 72 responden yang dapat dimasukkan pengolahan data. Analisis data menggunakan Program SmartPLS Versi 2.0. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan  resampling bootstraping.<br \/>\nHasil pengujian hipotesis adalah budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Samarinda.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
