4. Description [Abstrak] : This Research intends to understand The Relationship between conformity and procrastination in completing the thesis by final year students who did not work in faculty social sciences and political science at University Mulawarman Samarinda. This Research consists of two variables, the dependent variable is procrastination in completing the thesis and the free variable is conformity. \nThe Sampling techniques in this study using purposive sampling. There are 294 samples collected for this study from a graduate student who did not work in the faculty of social sciences and political science Mulawarman University Samarinda. Data analysis technique used is the analysis of tau Kendall nonparametric test. These results indicate that there is no correlation and non-significant with a value Correlation Coefficient = 0158, p = 0.000. \nBut in this study as the main cause of the conformity is not happening procrastination in completing the thesis on the student. But conformity only as one of the causes of procrastination in completing the thesis, because there are many other factors like lack of motivation is low, management time is weak, low self-control, self-regulation, the lack of support from parents, social anxiety, locus of control which may result procrastination in college students.<\/strong><\/li>\n
