Description [Abstrak] : <strong>Terdapat tiga tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat Rantau Pulung 2) Untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat Rantau Pulung 3) Untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan diklat terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat Rantau Pulung. Untuk mempermudah peneliti dalam menghitung hasil penelitian, peneliti menggunakan analisa regresi berganda, dan memakai SPSS 20. Adapun hasil penelitian dari persamaan regresi berganda bentuk Standard Coefficient di peroleh persamaan sebagai berikut Y =3.914+0.050 X1+1.081 X2 dari hasil persamaan diatas menunjukkan bahwa variabel independent mempunyai nilai positif yang berarti variabel motivasi ( X1 ) dan Diklat X2 ( Pendidikan dan Pelatihan ) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikant terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat Rantau Pulung Kabupaten Kutai Timur. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>5.
