Ali Adriansyah, S.Psi., M.si<br \/>\nThis study aimed to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational support to the work productivity of employees of PT. Karya Lestari Samarinda. Where the proposed two independent variables and the dependent variable, namely job satisfaction and organizational support role as the independent variable while labor productivity plays as the dependent variable.<br \/>\nThis study used a sample of 120 employees who are or work in the field or site. The data collection was conducted using questionnaires labor productivity, job satisfaction, and ready for huaman organization. This study data analysis using regression analysis techniques using SPSS version 20.0 for Windows.<br \/>\nThe results of this study indicate that (1) there is a very significant influence between job satisfaction and organizational support to the productivity of labor (F = 45,120, R2 = 0435 and p = 0.000); (2) does not come effect between job satisfaction and work productivity (beta = 0.008, t = 0117 and p = 0.907); (3) there is a very significant influence among the organization ready for huaman labor productivity (beta = 0661, t = 9472 and p = 0.000).<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
