Jembayan Muara Bara, Separi Village, Tenggarong Seberang, Kutai Kartanegara. The researcher used one acquitted variable, and one bond variable which are organization has a role as climate has a role as the acquitted variable and working satisfaction as the bond variable.<br \/>\nThis research used 100 employees as the sample. Data collecting technique has done with utilized questionnaire related by organization climate and working satisfaction.<br \/>\nData analysis technique in this research used person correlation product moment technique with any helps of SPSS 20.0 version for windows.<br \/>\nThe result of this research shows that, there is a significant relationship between organization climate and working satisfaction with score P = 0.000, then score r = 0,518 which mean the organization climate has average relationship to working satisfaction.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
