4. Description [Abstrak] : Cristover Januarius Rambulangi. The relationship of Work Load with Fatigue of Samarinda National Land Agency Level II\u2019s employees. Under the guidance of the miss Prof. Dr. Hj. Nur Fitriyah, M.S and Miss Rina Rifayanti, S.Psi., M.Psi., Psikolog. \nThis research purposed to know the relation of beban kerja and kelelahan kerja of Samarinda National Land Agency Level II\u2019s employees. This research consisted by two variables, fatigue as dependen variable and work load as independen variable. \nData was collected by used ordinal fatigue scale and work load scale. Samples in this research were 80 employees of Samarinda National Land Agency level II which used total sampling method. data analysis technique used product moment correlation analysis. \nResult of this research showed there was a correlation between fatigue against work load with correlation value = 0.361 and p = 0.033. The result of this research showed \u201cH1\u201d could be accepted and that there was weak correlation caused the value of r = 0.361 was in range of value as much 0.22 \u2013 0.399 which mean weak level of the relation.<\/strong><\/li>\n
