Adapun alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Sedangkan pengambilan sampel penulis menggunakan secara sensus atau keseluruhan populasi. Adapun analisis data yang digunakan adalah multiregresi. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Gaji dan Insentif memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara variabel independent (Gaji dan Insentif) terhadap variabel dependent (Kinerja Karyawan) pada PT. Serba Mulia Auto di Kabupaten Kutai Barat. Dari hasil perhitungan variabel Gaji sebesar 3,065 t tabel sebesar 1,7011 sedangkan Insentif (X) t hitung sebesar 3,462 dan t tabel sebesar 1,7011 Ho di tolak dan Ha di terima<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>  5.
