Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> Berdasarkan analisis regresi linier sederhana menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara komunikasi internal (X) dengan efisiensi kerja (Y), hal ini terbukti dengan persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y= 10,599+0,078X. Untuk perhitungan nilai korelasi memiliki hubungan sangat rendah, hal ini dibuktikan dengan r = 0,121 sesuai dengan nilai interpretasi yang dikemukakan oleh Sugiyono berada di interval (0,00-0,199). Dan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 1,5% artinya pengaruh komunikasi internal terhadap efisiensi kerja sebesar 1,5% dan sisanya 98,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini. Dari hasil perbandingan Sig dengan \u03b1 Sig (0,487) &gt; \u03b1 (0,05) ini penulis menyimpulkan bahwa komunikasi internal tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efisiensi kerja pegawai pada PT. Ronalds Brothers Tour dan Travel di Samarinda. Maka hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah H1 diterima dan Ha ditolak.<\/li>\n<li> <strong>  5.
