Description [Abstrak] :<\/strong> Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pengawasan (X) terhadap kinerja karyawan(Y) pada PT. Pipit Mutiara Indah di Desa Sekatak Buji Kecamatan Sekatak Kabupaten Bulungan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling sebanyak 87 responden karyawan pada PT. Pipit Mutiara Indah. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana sebesar 0,323 dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,295 dalam kategori ini memiliki hubungan yang rendah antara pengawasan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 8,7% yang artinya variabel pengawasan memiliki pengaruh sebesar 8,7% terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Pipit Mutiara Indah, sisanya sebesar 91,3% ditentukan atau dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak disertakan di dalam penelitian<\/li>\n<li> <strong>  5.
